You’ve done the self reflection…

Now what?

Therapy for the chronically self-aware—people who understand their patterns, analyze everything, and are ready to feel something different.

you don’t have to perform here ~

You understand your patterns. You know your triggers. You’ve probably spent a lot of time trying to figure yourself out. But insight doesn’t always make life feel easier.

How I can help

Maybe you’re here because…

Maybe you’re here because…

  • You understand your anxiety but still can’t seem to quiet it

  • You hold yourself to impossible standards

  • You spend more time analyzing your feelings than actually feeling them

  • You want healthier relationships but aren’t sure how to get there

  • You can’t turn your brain off

I work with people who are dealing with anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, burnout, self-esteem, and relationships

Hi, I’m Ava

Hello!

I believe therapy should be a place where you can finally stop performing. You don’t need to have the perfect explanation for what you’re feeling, know exactly what you want to change, or show up with everything figured out. Maybe you’ve spent years trying to understand yourself; why you think the way you do, why certain things feel so difficult, or why knowing what to do doesn’t always make it easier to actually do it. If that sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices including DBT, ERP, EMDR, and mindfulness. I work with clients navigating anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, burnout, self-esteem, and relationships or life transitions, with an emphasis on helping you understand your patterns without getting stuck analyzing them. Together, we’ll turn insight into practical tools and create space for you to respond to yourself and your life with more flexibility and compassion.

Most importantly, I don’t believe therapy should feel like another thing you have to be “good” at. You can show up exactly as you are. My goal is always to create a space that feels comfortable enough to be honest, challenging enough to create meaningful change, and human enough that you never feel like you’re just another diagnosis.
